Brawijaya University in collaboration with Telkomsel, IM3 Ooredoo, and XL Axiata provides special quota packages to support online learning and Work from Home (WFH) during the emergency time related to Corona Virus. All academicians can activate the facility by:
Telkomsel
Buy the package “Bebas Akses Ilmupedia 30 GB” through the application “My Telkomsel” worth IDR 0 (zero Rupiahs) to get a 30GB special quota that is valid for 30 days.
IM3 Ooredoo
Buy the package “Belajar Di Rumah Gratis Kuota 30 GB ” through the application “my IM3” worth IDR 0 (zero Rupiahs) to get a 30GB special quota that is valid for 30 days.
XL Axiata
Without activating, the users will get a maximum quota of 2 GB every day until March 31, 2020.
For Telkomsel and IM3 Ooredoo, all online learning services from each faculty in the ub.ac.id domain can be freely accessed using the special quota package. Other special applications that can only be accessed locally on campus can still be accessed from home by first activating UB VPN. Specifically for XL Axiata, the special quota package only applies to https://vlm2.ub.ac.id website.
