The Study Programme of English Literature (SPEL) was established in 1999 based on The Decree of Directorate General of Higher Education No. 499/Dikti/Kep/1999. This study program is the first undergraduate study program established in the Faculty of Cultural Studies, Universitas Brawijaya.
